DayDo.ai is an AI-powered life assistant application that helps you manage your calendar, tasks, routines, and daily activities through personalized recommendations and intelligent automation.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- One account per person is permitted
3. Subscription & Billing
- Premium features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
- Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
- Refunds follow Apple's standard refund policy
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the app
- Share account credentials with third parties
- Upload malicious content or engage in spam
- Misuse the AI assistant with harmful requests
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DayDo.ai are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us license to use content for service delivery
- We do not claim ownership of your personal data
7. AI Disclaimer
Our AI assistant provides suggestions based on your data. These recommendations are not professional advice. Always use your own judgment for important decisions regarding health, finance, or legal matters.
8. Limitation of Liability
DayDo.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
